  How can I open an account in order to start purchasing wooky-world.com wholesale?

  Is there a way to become an exclusive distributer
wooky-world.com does not offer exclusivity to our wholesale partners at this time.
  Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum order required for first time sample order. After that, we require a 5000 items minimum order (you can mix and match deferent kind of posters and frames in order to get to the minimum volume).
  May I order by phone?
Yes! To order by phone, have your order ready along with your credit card number and expiration date and call +972 77 405070
  May I order by email?
Absolutely! Just sent us an email (info@wookyworld.com) with the quantity you would like to order, names of the posters and frame colors. We will enter your order manually to the website and will send you the Purchase Order.
  Payment method
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express over the phone or email, through the website we accept only PayPal.
  Tracking your order
You will receive an email order confirmation once your order has been received, in addition, a shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.
  What are your shipping rates?
The shipping rates are based on the carrier’s standard fees and the total weight of the items in your order.
  Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do!
It is important to note that you may be responsible for import taxes or other customs fees for your package which are not included in your wooky posters order.
  When will my order be shipped?
All orders purchased will be shipped in 14 business days. If you need to back order any item from the factory, we will inform you the expected delivery date.
  May I cancel my order after I've submitted it?
No, once you have submitted your order it is final.
  What happens in case I receive the wrong product(s)?
Inspect all posters upon receipt. All claims for shortages, damaged or incorrect merchandise must be made with 3 days of receipt. We will gladly exchange any poster, as long as it has not been Damaged or soiled. We will gladly make an exchange for free and pay for shipping.
  When will my credit card be refunded?
Once your package has been received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 2-3 weeks. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued to the original form of payment.

Please note that the credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
